That's me aged four (or maybe five).

As you can see from this picture, photography has pretty much always

been a part of my life since I first took a camera apart to see how it worked.

I realised from a very early age what was going on inside that box you see

on my knee. I could see the shutter working and knew instantly how an

image was captured. Since then I've been hooked.
